北京时间7月24日，马斯克在其推文中称，Twitter将要改名为X。

其推文中这样写道：And soon we shall bid adieu to the twitter brand and,gradually,all the birds.（很快我们就会告别推特品牌，并逐渐告别蓝鸟）

2分钟后，老马再次发了一条推文，if a good enouth X logo posted tonight,we.ll make go live worldwide tomorrow.（如果今晚发布了足够好的X标志，我们明天就会在全球范围内上线）
